How we work

How we work

From the first conversation to the finished work, each stage gives us a clear next step. The scope may be a piece of writing, a website, or an AI workflow; we agree on what the project needs before we begin.

01 / Understand

We begin with a conversation about what you want to accomplish and who the work is for. We look at what you already have and identify the questions the project needs to answer.

02 / Define

Before making anything, we agree on the scope: what will be delivered, the review points, the schedule, the cost, and what each of us needs to provide.

03 / Make

I develop the agreed work and share progress at the points we have set. Depending on the project, this might be draft copy, a website preview, or a small workflow or automation to try.

04 / Review

You review whether the work meets your needs. I check clarity and accuracy, test links or workflow steps where relevant, and refine the result. For AI work, we examine outputs and decide where human review is needed.

05 / Deliver

After your approval, we publish or hand over the agreed deliverables. Instructions or a walkthrough are included where agreed. Any ongoing support or maintenance is discussed separately.

An early idea is enough to begin a conversation.
