XYZ Company — Integrated Digital Campaign

From a painting advertisement to a considered conversation: a proposed customer journey connecting creative direction, website design, and a guided inquiry experience.

Concept, not a deployed campaign. The advertisements and homepage are proposed creative work. The inquiry prototype is a guided simulation that walks through fictional inquiries using prepared example results. XYZ Company is a fictional placeholder used for this portfolio demonstration.

01 / Attract attention

Six social media ads. One painting conversation.

The proposed Facebook and Instagram ads for residential interior painting explore detail, light, color, preparation, and the rooms people live in. Together they introduce the service and invite a prospect to learn more.

All six supplied designs are shown in full, with their original proportions. These are creative concepts, not evidence of advertising placement or campaign performance. Buttons within the artwork are part of the proposed design.

02 / Build understanding

A proposed homepage that connects the services.

The homepage concept gives construction services a clear hierarchy and introduces residential interior painting in a dedicated feature. In the proposed journey, a painting prospect would continue to service information and then the inquiry experience.

Photography disclosure: The mockup’s AI-generated construction images are illustrative placeholders, not actual XYZ Company projects, employees, or job sites. Interior imagery in the supplied concepts is also illustrative. A real client website should use genuine, approved company photography.

03 / Organize the inquiry

A guided painting inquiry prototype.

The working prototype demonstrates how project details could be collected, checked for missing information, summarized, and routed for a person’s review. Five fictional scenarios illustrate the proposed workflow.

Guided simulation: The walkthrough uses fictional inquiries and prepared example results. This is not a live estimate service. It does not independently contact customers. Pricing, scheduling, and technical assessments remain with a person.

Owner training workspace

The separate XYZ workflow supports saved fictional inquiries, staff-reviewed drafts, approval records, and simulated follow-up. Access is currently limited to the owner’s authorized ChatGPT account. No live AI or emails are connected.

04 / Apply human judgment

Review first. Follow up with care.

The proposed handoff gives a person an organized starting point for a conversation. A reviewer would check the details, resolve uncertainty, and decide whether and how to respond.

Proposed review steps

  1. Confirm the customer’s project details and preferred contact method.
  2. Identify missing room, surface, condition, and preparation information.
  3. Review any technical concern before making recommendations.
  4. Confirm service fit, availability, and the next step before sending a response.

Illustrative follow-up

Thank you for sharing your painting project. Before we discuss next steps, could you confirm which rooms and surfaces you’d like painted and whether there are any areas of damage or preparation concerns?

A team member would review those details with you before discussing an estimate or scheduling.

Proposed example only. No customer message has been sent; no price or appointment is promised.

The connected journey

Creative work with a practical next step.

This concept brings the advertisement, website, and inquiry handoff into one sequence. It demonstrates an approach to planning and production, with clear boundaries around automation and human review. No live campaign results or performance claims are presented.

From first impression to customer inquiry.

This proposed campaign explores how XYZ Company could introduce its residential interior painting services through a coordinated digital experience. Rather than treating social media, website design, and customer inquiries as separate activities, Elsewhere Studios developed a concept that connects them.

The campaign begins with six residential painting advertisements. Each introduces the service through coordinated visuals and messaging designed to generate interest and encourage prospective customers to learn more.

The proposed website experience continues that conversation. A modernized homepage strengthens the presentation of the fictional company’s proposed commercial construction offer while providing a clear path to information about the proposed residential painting service.

The guided inquiry demonstration completes the digital journey. Instead of relying solely on an open-ended contact form, the prototype walks visitors through relevant project questions, organizing information that could support an initial estimate conversation.

The proposed final step is human review and follow-up. The technology helps organize inquiries; the company retains responsibility for evaluating projects, communicating with customers, and preparing estimates.

The Elsewhere Studios approach

This demonstration brings together campaign strategy, social media creative production, website design, and AI-assisted workflow development. The objective is to create a more coherent customer experience while reducing unnecessary friction between discovering a service and requesting information.
